Capt. Srirang Manjeshwar is a highly experienced maritime professional with extensive expertise in vocational training, academic leadership, and internal auditing within the maritime sector. With decades of experience since 1995, he has played a key role in training and mentoring more than 750 cadets across management, operational, and support levels in line with STCW requirements. He has sailed as Master on Oil Tankers including Suezmax, Aframax, and ULCC vessels, bringing strong operational insight to maritime education. Capt. Manjeshwar has contributed to Safety Management System development, Quality Management Systems, and institutional audits for maritime institutes and manning agencies. He previously served as Director and Head of Training at Wallem Maritime Training, strengthening his leadership credentials in maritime education.

Mr. Nagaraj Shenoy is a seasoned Marine Engineer with over 32 years of extensive experience across ocean-going and offshore operations, vessel management, and technical supervision. His expertise spans newbuilding projects, ISO 9001:2015 quality implementation, and the development of maritime training programs and technical courses. He actively contributes to maritime education as a Technical Faculty member and serves as an External Examiner for DG Shipping examinations, including Phase 2 EK papers and Class 4 Orals. Mr. Shenoy also holds certification as an Independent Director from IICA-MCA, reflecting his strong governance and leadership capabilities. His combined technical and academic experience enables him to support high-quality maritime training and institutional development.

Mr. Pushkal Kapoor is a maritime professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning maritime operations, training, digital innovation, and business leadership. As Director at ISF Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd., he oversees key functions including maritime training, audits, HR, and organizational operations, while driving the integration of advanced technologies such as AR/VR into maritime learning environments. With sailing experience as a Deck Officer on oil tankers, he brings practical industry insight to strategic decision-making. Beyond maritime, he is a co-founder of multiple ventures across creative media, sports coaching, and community-driven event platforms. His leadership focuses on innovation, capability building, and creating impactful, future-ready ecosystems.
