We're looking for an experienced Training Superintendent to support

seafarer learning and development within the ship management domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and develop technical & regulatory training (incl. simulator-based)
Maintain training records and ensure QMS compliance · Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements
Stay updated on industry changes and support readiness of seafarers · Conduct courses in electrical/electronic systems, electro-hydraulic/pneumatic systems, safety, leadership & risk assessment.

Requirements:

Valid ETO CoC (must)
Degree in Maritime/Shipping (preferred)
Min. 3 years in a similar training role
Seagoing experience as ETO
Experience training seafarers + people management skills.
